Refunds and Returns policy

Legally you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods; by returning the goods and thereby receiving a full refund.

Alternatively, you can contact us by sending an email to posta@oliocalvi.ilmiosito.info.

We will then instruct you on how to return the goods and a refund for the full amount paid will be made within 10 days of receiving your request, and on receipt of the returned goods.

Regardless of what the law requires, we will endeavour to resolve any customer dissatisfaction.

Therefore, please contact us if you have any complaints or problems, even if they occur outside the legal period of 14 days.
