Obtained from the small Yellowfin Tuna (Thunnus Albacares) and prepared in the traditional way, steam cooked, processed and packed by hand, this tuna is preserved in brine rather than in olive oil. By storing it in water it highlights the tuna’s strong flavour and aroma. Storage instructions Store in a cool dry place, away from heat sources. Once opened, ensure that the product is covered in oil, top up if necessary, and keep refrigerated (+4°C).
